Our Commitment
rf999 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and entertaining gaming environment. We want every one of our players to enjoy games consciously and within their limits.
21+ Age Requirement
rf999 is for people aged 21 or older only. We strictly keep underage individuals away from gaming. Age is verified at the time of registration.
Setting Deposit Limits
You can decide for yourself how much money you want to deposit each day, each week, or each month. This limit protects you from overspending and keeps you within your budget.
Time-Out Feature
If you feel you need a short break, use the time-out feature. You have the option to take a temporary break from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can use the self-exclusion tool to temporarily or permanently close your account.
Bet Limit Control
Set a limit in advance on how much you are willing to lose in each session. Once this limit is reached, play will stop automatically, protecting you from bigger losses.

If you have any concerns or worries about gaming, contact our support team at any time. Assistance is available in both Bengali and English via live chat and email.
What is Responsible Gaming?
Responsible gaming means enjoying games as entertainment, within your own means and limits. Gaming should never be thought of as a source of income or a solution to financial problems. rf999 always wants its players to stay informed.
The key traits of a healthy gaming habit are — setting a budget in advance, keeping emotional balance in wins and losses, not playing beyond a set time, and maintaining balance with family and social life.
Every tool and feature at rf999 has been built with this philosophy in mind. We believe that with the right information and tools, every player can maintain a healthy gaming lifestyle on their own.
Principles of Healthy Gaming Habits
- 1 Set a budget before you start playing and stick to it.
- 2 Do not place more bets trying to recover money you have lost.
- 3 Think of gaming as entertainment, not a source of income.
- 4 Take regular breaks and make sure you get enough sleep.
- 5 Avoid gaming when you are feeling stressed or anxious.
- 6 Play games in the time you have between spending time with family and friends.

rf999's Protection Tools
rf999 provides a number of effective tools to help you keep your gaming experience in control. These are simple to use and can be activated at any time.
Deposit Limit
You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit from your account settings. Once a limit is set, reducing it takes effect immediately. There is a waiting period to increase a limit, which prevents decisions made in the heat of the moment. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for all methods — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Time-Out
Use the time-out feature when you need a temporary break. Your account can be temporarily deactivated for 24 hours, 72 hours, one week, or six weeks. During this time, logging in or making deposits will not be possible. Once the time-out ends, the account is reactivated automatically.
Self-Exclusion
For a longer-term solution, the self-exclusion option is available. You can close your account for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. A permanently self-excluded account cannot be reactivated. Contact our support team for help making this decision.
Reality Check
rf999 will remind you at regular intervals how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost in the session. These reality check notifications help keep you aware. You can choose to set the interval for these notifications yourself.
Contact Us for Help
Do not feel embarrassed or hesitant to talk about gaming problems. The rf999 support team will help you with complete confidentiality. We believe that seeking the right help at the right time is a sign of courage.
If you are not in trouble yourself but feel that someone you know is struggling with addiction, contact us as well. We can point you in the right direction.
